Simply open the app, select your preferred court and time slot, enter your name and phone number, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details.
How do I pay for my booking?
All payments are made in cash at the venue when you arrive for your booking. No online payment is required.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking through the app up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. For last-minute changes, please call us directly.
What if I'm running late?
Please call us as soon as possible if you're running late. We'll try to accommodate you, but courts may be reassigned if you're more than 15 minutes late without notice.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
You'll need to bring your own padel rackets and balls. Some locations may have equipment rental available - check with the specific venue for details.
What are your operating hours?
Operating hours vary by location. Most courts are available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Check the app for specific hours at your chosen venue.
